

As I've said before, sales people love leads. Lots of hot, fresh, juicy leads.
But are new leads always the best option? Or, should you do a better and more complete job of managing your current sales leads?
Here's a great article on the subject from Entrepreneur Magazine. Managing existing leads is much less expensive than getting new leads dropped in your lap. And, they might yield better results (especially if you are original when it comes to your follow-up e-mail communication!)
