It's amazing how many new social dating websites have sprung up just
in the last one or two years. Web 2.0 has literally changed the way societies are forming, all thanks to the Internet.
For advertisers, this is good news: Most of these sites are free to enter and participate on, relying on online ad programs for revenue vs. monthly fees from participants.
TechCrunch does a nice job of outlining the business strategy of these sites, as well as giving a pretty complete run-down of the features and benefits of each website.
Why are we talking about dating sites on a sales lead blog? Because, as I mentioned at the start of the post, these can be great sites for sales leads if you get leads from online ads. The demographic of this audience is tremendous, the market is growing, and the availability of advertising space is there for the taking. For a company with the right product, seeking this audience, dating websites seem like natural sales lead generators.

Great read, I've been wondering how I could use the plethora of dating sites to my advantage! Get insurance leads through the dating websites...why not?!
