When they do, it's coming from a trusted e-mail address, which means it will probably get read and get opened by the person they are referring. Very savvy!
These are the best kinds of sales leads: Referrals from your customers who have already tried what you have to offer, and are now comfortable sending along their "seal of approval" to their friends.
